ValuePoint: How It Works
Step 3: ValuePoint member arrives at appointment.
When the member arrives for the appointment, s/he presents the ID card, which features the ValuePoint by MultiPlan logo, along with the confirmation letter if you were selected via the website. Members must show one of these items in order to be eligible for your MultiPlan contracted rates.
