ValuePoint: How It Works
Step 2: ValuePoint client confirms appointment.
Whether your organization is selected online or by phone, a trigger is sent to our clients' call centers, who in turn make a courtesy call to you to review program details and make sure you are aware of the patient's status as a ValuePoint member. You'll receive this call either before or shortly after the member has scheduled an appointment with you.
