Step 4: You determine collection amount.

There are no new fee schedules to administer or claim forms to file. Simply perform your usual steps to confirm patient financial arrangements, and then apply the current MultiPlan contracted rates. If you don’t know the rates, a call center staffed by trained professionals will provide it within seconds. Our clients are required to make this information available to a call center with the proven ability to answer most calls within 30 seconds.
