The PHCS Medicaid Network is MultiPlan’s healthcare provider network for access to Medicaid and other Medicaid related programs in certain states. MCOs, health plans, and payers that administer these programs use our network to provide access to quality affordable healthcare for their members. In Texas, our network is called Texas True Choice.
