The PHCS Medicaid Network provides access to a network of healthcare providers for people who receive their care through Medicaid and other Medicaid related programs such as CHIP, Foster Care and Perinatal programs that are administered by our clients. Since 2004 our provider networks have been a key link between the healthcare providers and payers focused on delivering quality healthcare to individuals and families participating in these government-funded programs. In Texas, our network is called Texas True Choice.
