MultiPlan invests heavily in delivering network quality. Our national primary PPO, the PHCS Network, is certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for credentialing.

NCQA is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to evaluate and report on the quality
of the nation's managed care organizations. Since 2001, the PHCS Network has upheld its
certification with NCQA for Credentialing and Recredentialing.

Although not themselves accredited, our HealthEOS Network providers are credentialed using the same rigorous standards used to credential the PHCS Network.
This focus on quality extends beyond our primary PPO network to all of our healthcare cost management solutions. We dedicate staff to quality assurance, including comprehensive audit and training programs designed to maintain a high level of accuracy and satisfaction in such areas as repricing accuracy, negotiation effectiveness and customer service.
